An Accounts Assistant is required for an established Chesterfield based organisation on a permanent basis. With involvement within the purchase and sales ledger operations of the business and providing support for the wider commercial team, you will join an ambitious business with the infrastructure in place to grow. We are looking for individuals with a broad understanding of transactional finance experience ideally within an SME.
Key duties include:
- Credit control
- Processing receipts
- Daily banking
- Matching purchase invoices to orders
- Working with departments to clear queries
- Processing BACS payments
- Supplier statement reconciliation
