Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a successful, multi-million pound business based in Rotherham.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Dealing with customer and supplier queries. 
  • Credit control using written and verbal communication. 
  • Bank reconciliations. 
  • Processing employee expenses.
  • Cashflow forecasting. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

The person:

  • Previous experience is essential.
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude is essential.
  • Ambition, drive and a willingness to learn is required.
  • You must be IT literate with working knowledge of Excel.
  • Good communication skills are essential.
