Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a global leading manufacturing organisation based in North Sheffield.
Working in small team and reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Assisting with credit control
- Checking and processing credit card and cash expenses
- Accruals and prepayments
- Dealing with intrastats and EC sales
- Other ad hoc duties as required
This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience and a good team player are key to this recruitment:
- You will be QAAT or studying towards the AAT qualification
- Intermediate Excel skills are required (VLookups, Pivot tables etc)
- Working knowledge of Sage would be an advantage
- You must be a self starter, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your own work load
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
