Accounts Assistant

Experienced Accounts Assistant required for a large, well established Barnsley based organisation. A multi million pound business who continue to grow both organically and via acquisitions. 

Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:

  • Supporting both Sales and Purchase Ledger. 
  • Dealing with customers and suppliers. 
  • Accruals and prepayments. 
  • Processing employee expenses. 
  • Reconciling balance sheet accounts. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required. 

This search is not limited to any industry. Candidates with previous relevant experience are required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. 
  • The ability to work as part of a small team is essential. 
  • Good IT skills including knowledge of Excel is required.
