The role of the Accounts Assistant/Treasury Assistant is to provide support across all subsidiaries coordinating the revenue processes, controls and procedures:
- Reconciling provider payments to bank statements.
- Defining, developing and reviewing efficient processes and controls for managing the reconciliations.
- Identifying and investigating errors and anomalies in the system and with providers.
- Producing and managing the process of ad-hoc invoicing for clients and providers.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- The successful candidate will have previous experience of income reconciliations:
- Good IT skills including Excel and Microsoft 365 products is essential.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
- Good communication skills are essential and you must be able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.
