The role of the Assistant Accountant is to provide support to the Financial Controller and the Management Accountant and duties will include:
- Assisting with preparing monthly management accounts.
- Accruals and prepayments.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate posting of accounting records to comply with internal and external reporting purposes.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- The successful candidate will be QAAT studying towards AAT/CIMA/ACCA.
- Previous experience is essential.
- You must have good IT including Intermediate level Excel (Pivot table, Lookups etc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- You will be self motivated, forward-thinking with a proactive approach.
