We're looking for a temporary Bookkeeper / Accountant to join a Wakefield based organisation to assist with a backlog.
Assisting the finance director with a subsidiary you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software
- Preparing financial statements showing business income and expenditure
- Paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Balance sheet reconciliations
You must be available for an immediate start and the role can be based from home 2 days per week.
