A hugely successful Private Equity backed business based in North Yorkshire is looking for a new Finance Director . The business is growing exponentially through acquisition and has established itself as a leading player in their market circa £150m turnover .
This role will appeal to many and has a proposition to attract the very best candidates.
The key deliverables include;
- Supporting very ambitious growth plans. The role will report to a Group CFO and will contribute to the growth strategy and own the finance infrastructure that supports it.
- Overseeing the operations, supply chain and customer markets.
- Previous experience working in a larger business
- Effective delivery of annual budgets; management and statutory reporting; leadership of a full services accounting function
- Maintaining the existing, excellent investor relations.
Candidates will be able to highlight a long list of achievements and demonstrate excellent financial leadership in multi site environment. A mindset that is commercial and of continuous improvement is essential.
Previous experience of working within a high growth private equity investment is essential along with a desire to grow and lead a high performing finance team .
Experience of mergers and acquisitions would also be preferable and experience working in a large corporate or listed business would also be beneficial
