A fast-growing, multi-division organisation is looking for a commercially astute and energetic CFO to join its executive leadership team. Built on a foundation of innovation, trust, and operational excellence, the business is scaling rapidly and investing for the future — offering an exceptional opportunity for a driven, hands-on leader to make a significant impact.

Working closely with the CEO and Board, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, governance, and performance to support ambitious growth plans. You will bring energy, commercial insight, and discipline to ensure the business remains agile, profitable, and resilient as it continues its expansion.

This is a broad and influential role for a CFO who enjoys combining strategic leadership with delivery. You will oversee all aspects of governance, risk management, and reporting, while partnering with operational leaders to drive efficiency, transparency, and control. Supporting M&A activity and leading post-deal integration will form part of your remit, alongside building and mentoring the  finance team.

We’re looking for an accomplished finance leader with the drive, energy, and curiosity to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Essential:

  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent in a service-led organisation
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical and commercial grounding.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting growth, transformation, and integration.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insight.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and motivated to deliver tangible results.

You will  be a trusted partner to the CEO and Board — confident, forward-thinking, and unafraid to challenge constructively. This is an opportunity for someone with plenty of drive, enthusiasm, and energy to join a high-growth business and play a defining role in its next chapter.
