Our client is a well-established engineering business with a strong technical heritage and an international customer base across demanding industrial markets. As the business enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Director/ Manager to lead the commercial strategy, strengthen key customer relationships and identify new opportunities for profitable growth.
In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership team to:
- Develop and deliver the commercial growth strategy.
- Identify new markets, customers and revenue opportunities.
- Develop relationships with key customers, OEMs and strategic partners.
- Lead and develop the commercial team.
- Drive revenue, margin and overall commercial performance.
- Lead major negotiations, pricing and contractual discussions.
- Bring market insight and commercial thinking into wider business strategy.
We are keen to speak with Commercial Directors, Commercial Managers, Sales Directors and senior Business Development leaders with a proven track record of growing revenues and developing markets within an engineering, industrial or technology-led environment. You will bring strong commercial judgement, strategic thinking, excellent relationship and negotiation skills, and the credibility to operate at senior and board level.
