Are you an experienced commercial analyst ready to take on the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prestigious company based in Doncaster. You will be responsible for the completion of Commercial administration activities. You will work between the Customer, our Commercial Salesforce, and Finance with regards to Customer Accounts, terms, price lists and Customer Rebates & Contract support administration.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Process Contract Claims: Handle support claims and payments through our CRM system.
- Calculate Rebates: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual customer rebates.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customers: Validate claims for key accounts.
- Monitor Contracts: Maintain contract terms and CRM system info.
- Generate Reports: Produce monthly contract reports and stats.
- Provide Feedback: Share contract insights with customers and the Sales Force
