- Collaborative Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process for Sales & Marketing, working closely with the Commercial Director and Sales teams.
- Monitor & Improve: Track commercial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions to keep goals on track.
