As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for generating sustainable and profitable growth by working in partnership with commercial and product teams. You will bring a high degree of rigour, actively challenge existing ways of working to deliver lasting improvements and recognise the commercial impact beyond the numbers by providing credible insights

Partner with the commercial team to produce and maintain standardised cost models to evaluate new and existing business tenders
Regular detailed financial analysis of past and forecast performance, identifying trends to support business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
Develop and enhance actual cost reporting providing higher level of product profitability transparency for commercial team to support robust decision making
Work cross functionally to fully understand manufacturing capabilities and limitations ensuring these are reflected in commercial models
Active participation in New and Existing Product Development and commercial forecast meetings
Lead on production of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes
