Shorts Chartered Accountants are currently seeking a talented Senior Manager / Director to join their dynamic corporate finance team, renowned for delivering tailored solutions and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mandates.
- Facilitate fundraising activities and capital raising initiatives for clients.
- Financial Due Diligence assignements for acquisitive clients or funders.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to support client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the firm's reputation .
- Help to drive the growth of the department, being actively involved in networking and business development activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance
- Qualified accountant.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Proven track record in executing M&A transactions, Financial Due Diligence and fundraising activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
