The Job:
- Processing sales invoices
- Credit control using both written and verbal communication
- Dealing with queries
- Liaising with internal staff and customers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Posting and allocating payments to accounts
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The person:
- The successful candidate will have credit control/sales ledger experience.
- You will be proactive with good investigative skills
- You will be customer-focused with the ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers.
