Our data will drive our future decisions so making sure it’s ‘right’, easy to understand and helps add value is critical therefore you’ll be naturally curious, love working with complex data and be able to work with ambiguity

The role you’ll play as we scale and grow

Good data will be key to understanding our markets, our business and ultimately in shaping our decision to ensure we achieve success. You’ll be comfortable using office software and handling complex data and will be responsible for providing on time, accurate and insightful reports to our teams to support us in our growth.

What you bring to the job

Your background will demonstrate:

  • You will have worked in a similar role and will ideally be able to demonstrate building data and reporting from the ground up
  • Experience working with sales and commercial data
  • The ability to collect, clarify, organise, manipulate and process data. You will be logical and methodical
  • Attention to detail and a curious nature, you’ll interrogate our data and clarify our reporting
  • You can get data to tell an impelling story, you can provide insights that support and challenges the business
  • You’re driven and a self-starter
  • The ability to prioritise your workload and work with challenging deadlines

Your Qualifications - About your education and qualifications

You’ll really need to know your stuff, which means you’ll need one or more or more of the following:

  • Have a degree (or equivalent) in an analytical field (maths, science, geography)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Visual Basic and Power BI
  • Any other tool or programming language enabling quick access and manipulation of big data is a plus
