A dynamic and innovative family owned business are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Events / Executive Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team providing executive level support and planning events throughout the year. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and execute company events, including conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and events.
  • Conduct research and assist in the planning and execution of various projects.

Experience required:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Events Coordinator.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
