We’re working with an innovative and internationally recognised medical technology business to recruit a Service Engineer based from their Huddersfield headquarters. The company is a leader in its field, developing cutting-edge technology that supports patients and healthcare providers worldwide.
The Role
As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and supporting key equipment and systems that underpin business operations and customer delivery.
This role involves regular travel across the UK and occasional travel within the EU, supporting customers on-site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
- Responding to service requests in a timely manner
- Minimising downtime and ensuring operational continuity
- Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
- Travelling to customer sites across the UK and occasionally Europe
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a Service Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Engineering qualification (electrical/mechanical preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
