This role will join an impressive PLC near Sheffield to help strengthen their forecasting, cashflow and treasury function. This is both a challenging a rewarding role with exposure to high level stake holders and the chance to have an impact on a growing business

  • Reporting to the Financial Planning and Treasury Manager, leading on areas of forecast modelling, reporting and treasury forecasting and operations. Providing a key link between the regional financial planning and corporate modelling. Proactively driving value through collaboration with the wider finance function.
  • Lead on the maintenance of the group corporate model, including aligning regional forecast, actual and corporate data sets and wider balance sheet and cashflow analysis
  • Ownership of of debt compliance forecasting and reporting, including provision of further analysis and lender information requirements
  • Preparation and maintenance of cashflow modelling, ensuring key cashflow drivers are updated, identifying risks and providing analysis and recommendations
  • Management of day to day treasury operations, including the identification and management of relevant loan / hedging agreement reporting and approval events
  • Provide analysis of forecast drivers, linking to historical performance as well as scenario modelling
  • Ownership of KPI drivers, including support for external reporting of commercial and KPI information
  • Assist the FP&T Manager in ad hoc budgeting, forecast and strategy requirements

You will be;

  • Advanced Excel modelling skills, ideally familiar with VBA and advanced excel modules.
  • Knowledge of building and working with large data sets, and manipulation of data
  • Experience of working in a finance team
