The Job:
The purpose of the role is to process and maintain the purchase ledger for various companies within the group.
- Processing and coding supplier invoices.
- Ensuring correct approval is obtained.
- Liaising with internal colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues.
- Updating and maintaining supplier accounts.
- Maintaining the cashbooks.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
- Good IT and Excel skills are required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume inboxes is essential.
