Finance Assistant required for a dynamic, market leading business based in Sheffield. 

The purpose of the role is to support the finance team and the wider business with basic finance duties, and administration support. 

Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include:

  • Inputting supplier invoices onto the system.
  • Raising queries where necessary. 
  • Checking employee expenses. 
  • Setting up new supplier accounts. 
  • Bank reconciliations. 
  • Raising sales invoices. 
  • Other ad hoc finance and administration duties as required.

This search isnt limited to any industry. Experience within an accounts department is preferable:

  • Good level of education (GCSE Maths and English Grade 5 or above).
  • Experience of Word and Excel is required. 
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
