A new and rapidly expanding north Doncaster business within the professional service sector are looking for a Finance Assistant to join on a permanent basis, as a result of growth. This role can be filled on a reduced hours basis covering purely accounting duties, or full time with additional broader administration taking 25% of the role.
Working on Quickbooks your key duties are:
- Daily Banking, inputting payments and receipts
- Payment and reconciliation of supplier invoices
- Generating sales invoices
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of Payroll
- HMRC and Pension calculations and submissions
- Year End Audit preparation
- Month End reporting
