We have partnered with an international, PE backed business to recruit a new Finance Business Partner. The role sits in their Global FP&A team and will be based at their European Head Office in central London.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days per week in the central London office. Salary c£75k + Bonus.
You will report to the FP&A Director based in the UK but work closely with regional heads in over 20 countries globally. The position will support monthly P&L analysis, annual budgets, periodic forecasts and work closely with both senior finance management as well as the local regional finance management teams.
We are seeking a fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and commercially focussed finance professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment. You must be experienced in manipulating large volumes of financial data, working to strict deadlines and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Brief overview of responsibilities:
- Managing the month-end process, including preparing, analysing, and reporting monthly results and other financial reports to Senior Management
- Participate in monthly calls to ensure a clear understanding of financial results
- Support in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports in collaboration with local finance teams.
- Produce analysis and monthly reporting on working capital management for senior finance management review.
Qualifications and experience:
- MUST be a fully qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Experience of Business Partnering in a complex, international business
- SAP experience desired
- Excellent Excel skills
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
