The Finance Business Partner, reporting to the Financial Controller, plays a vital role in driving the successful execution of the company’s strategic plan.
- Commercial experience paired with a strong desire to understand the business is essential.
- Utilising strong analytical skills to extract, review, challenge, and present financial data effectively.
- Building and maintaining robust relationships while partnering with senior managers and key stakeholders.
- Providing valuable financial insights to support informed commercial decision-making.
- Leading FP&A activities, delivering real-time analysis and support to finance and non-finance teams.
The person:
- Qualified/Finalist CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in an ambitious, fast-paced, and dynamic business.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills are required with the confidence to challenge assumptions and processes.
