Pratap Partnership is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a 15-month maternity cover contract with an established business in Castleford. You will combine hands-on management accounting with close working relationships across divisional leadership and operational teams. Bring the numbers into operational decisions in a commercially focused finance role.
The role
- Own divisional management accounts, budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Turn financial analysis into clear insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with operational and commercial leaders to improve profitability.
- Analyse projects and workstreams and support contract budgets and tenders.
- Strengthen balance sheet controls, reporting processes and working capital performance.
About you
You will be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with at least two years of experience in a similar business partnering, management accounting or commercial finance role. Strong Excel, forecasting and stakeholder skills are essential. Warehousing, logistics or fulfilment experience would be advantageous.
