Pratap Partnership is collaborating with a £300m turnover company to support them in recruiting a Finance Business Partner. This role is predominantly remote, with weekly travel to sites across the south of England. In this position, you can make a real impact by driving improvements in financial performance. You will achieve this by providing strategic financial insight to identify opportunities and necessary corrective actions, along with first-class stakeholder management (both internal and external).
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimising operations to improve financial outcomes.
- Supervising a team of three Finance Support Coordinators.
- Managing the annual fee increase process and maintaining relationships with regional stakeholders.
- Implementing recovery plans for underperforming sites through regular visits and direct support to achieve financial improvements.
- Participating in monthly Regional Director Business Reviews, driving initiatives, and ensuring successful results.
- Enhancing the financial expertise of Regional Directors by providing guidance on tenders and contract evaluations.
- Contributing to the regional budget planning process to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
