This is a highly visible role where finance sits at the heart of operational decision making. You will work closely with operational leaders, translating complex commercial activity into meaningful financial insight, improving reporting, supporting investment decisions and helping the business continue to evolve.
The successful candidate will inherit strong financial foundations whilst having the opportunity to modernise reporting, enhance management information and become a trusted commercial partner across the organisation.
We are interested in speaking with Finance Directors or ambitious senior finance leaders who can demonstrate:
- Strong commercial and operational finance leadership within a complex business.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics, infrastructure, energy or similarly operational environments.
- The ability to build credibility across operational teams as well as Board level stakeholders.
- A hands on, pragmatic approach, balancing strategic thinking with operational involvement.
- High levels of integrity, emotional intelligence and relationship building skills.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
