A newly created Finance Director opportunity with a well established SME based in Leeds. A family owned business with an international market and a strong recent performance in turnover and gross profit, the company has been affected by Covid-19, but benefits from multiple routes to market and a secure supply chain.
Sitting on the board and reporting to the Managing Director, the Finance Director will be responsible for all of the expected duties;
- Overseeing the financial strategy
- Leading the relationship with the bank and auditors
- Managing cash, foreign currency and working capital
- Improving financial systems and controls
- Establishing KPIs and monthly reporting
