Finance Manager – Key Role in Expanding Organization
Our client is renowned local dynamic and growing organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them. In this key role, you will report directly to the Chief Executive and lead a small but highly motivated finance team. As a key player in the Senior Leadership Team, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day financial affairs, providing essential financial insights, supporting business planning, and contributing to ongoing expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact to financial strategy and growth, ensuring the provision of key information necessary to support and drive the organization forward.
Your key responsibility will be :
- Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control and petty cash
- Oversee and assist where necessary with day to day transaction processing
- Manage cash flow and provide cash flow forecasts
- Oversee internal payroll and pension processing
- Prepare monthly financial information and management reports
- Provide detailed monthly variance analysis and forecasts
- Prepare annual accounts and reports in conjunction with the Auditors and Chief Executive
- Ad hoc project work as required.
Ideally you will be a qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial management and supporting a senior team. You should have a positive, "can-do" attitude and be excited about playing a vital role in their future success. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, and you will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to shaping both short- and long-term strategies for the organization.
