The role of the Finance Manager is to ensure the efficient and controlled operation of the accounting and finance systems:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts. 
  • Present financial information to internal key stakeholders. 
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors. 
  • Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed.
  • Manage, motivate and develop a small team. 
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

The person:

  • The successful candidate will be qualified or studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or AAT)
  • Previous experience is essential. 
  • Previous experience of managing a small team is essential. 
  • Good planning, time management and organisational skills are required. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
