A large manufacturing company in Rotherham have a vacancy for a Finance Manager to lead projects and change management
Managing a team of 4 you will be responsible for creating management reports, reviewing business performance, identifying key drivers of performance, and driving business change.
- Oversee the Finance Business Partners who work closely with subsidiary companies to report monthly financial performance; provide financial expertise, advice and support to local management, and help subsidiary businesses to achieve their operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the two teams work closely together to use financial reporting to drive change management and feedback changes into monthly business processes.
- Define the scope and objectives of change initiatives and develop comprehensive plans for smooth implementation.
- Lead business change initiatives across the group, ensuring they are effectively planned, implemented, and managed to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage resistance from local business leaders and ensure minimal disruption during change implementation.
Qualifications:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, particularly with non finance stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
