We are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for a Doncaster based service provider. This is a newly created role due to business growth/expansion.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Head of Finance whilst taking full responsibility for 3 separate entities:
- Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Review of and management of the payroll – review of hours sent to outsourced payroll provided – process payroll payment run.
- Weekly KPI’s – revenue and payroll costs.
- Preparing monthly management accounts pack.
- Assisting with the consolidation of management accounts.
- Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany positions.
- Ad hoc projects.
- Review and analysis of Management company overheads.
- Budgets and cashflow forecasting.
The person:
- Previous experience is essential.
- Experience within the care industry would be desirable/advantageous.
- You will be a self-starter, used to working to deadlines and under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
