Finance Manager - Growing service provider

We are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager for a Doncaster based service provider. This is a newly created role due to business growth/expansion.

The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Head of Finance whilst taking full responsibility for 3 separate entities:

  • Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Review of and management of the payroll – review of hours sent to outsourced payroll provided – process payroll payment run.
  • Weekly KPI’s – revenue and payroll costs.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts pack.
  • Assisting with the consolidation of management accounts.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Intercompany positions.
  • Ad hoc projects.
  • Review and analysis of Management company overheads.
  • Budgets and cashflow forecasting.

The person:

  • Previous experience is essential.
  • Experience within the care industry would be desirable/advantageous. 
  • You will be a self-starter, used to working to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
