Overview of the opportunity
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales, purchase ledger and general ledger support functions. Duties will include;
- Managing all aspects of the general ledger support function
- Supervising the AR and AP functions. This will include management of daily, weekly and monthly workloads, performance review and identifying skills gaps, supported by team leads
- Leading role in systems improvements across the ERP and spreadsheet systems
- Improving working capital and credit control processes
