An experienced man - manager you will enjoy and be responsible for a small team of staff ensuring all financial accounting routines are accurate and timely, as well as continuing to expand and consolidate their knowledge, enabling a happy and fulfilling work environment, and a team that is all pulling in the same direction. You, yourself will coordinate the annual budgeting process, and prepare meaningful monthly management accounts, liaising and educating budget managers in the importance of "owning" their own budgets . You will develop better reporting systems and procedures , looking at a wide variety of projects inside and outside of the factory as well as identifying and delivering cost savings and ultimately influencing the bottom line.
Ideally you will be a qualified accountant who really wants to get stuck into a business, and get involved in all areas as an integral part of the senior management team, who are all mainly site based. Good benefits package on offer for the right individual .
