Reporting to the Chief Executive, this role will lead the day-to-day finance operation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting strategic decision making. There is a clear mandate to improve processes, strengthen controls and enhance the quality of insight across the business.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Ownership of monthly consolidated management accounts
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and planning
- Driving process and systems improvements
- Acting as a key contact for auditors and external advisors
- Leading and developing a small finance team
We are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical foundation, likely trained within practice and now seeking a second move into industry. You will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable engaging across the business, with the ambition to develop in a broad and evolving role.
