An outstanding Finance Director opportunity to join one of the most successful manufacturers in the East Midlands. Luxfer Gas Cylinders is a business with a fantastic product, a strong brand and an international infrastructure. A market leader in their field, they have a strong local investment strategy with exciting new product lines, promoting Hydrogen and compressed natural gas fuel systems for clean energy to be supplied into the transport sector.
This role is typically suited to an aspiring Finance Director who is looking to fast track their career in a listed corporate environment. The incoming candidate will take ownership of the Finance Function of the Nottingham manufacturing site, which is currently enjoying heavy investment and expansion.
In this role you will :
- Lead and motivate the finance & IT team at Luxfer Nottingham
- Contribute to financial strategy and decision-making process
- Maximise profit through the implementation of robust financial controls and procedures.
- Support senior teams to create strategies and plans that will deliver growth and business improvement working closely with the Site Managing Director.
