We have partnered exclusively with an expanding, international PE-backed business in North Nottinghamshire to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager. This is a newly created role reporting to the UK Financial Controller. Following a number of recent acquisitions and a European-wide ERP roll-out the business needs additional support with monthly reporting, audit prep and streamlining processes and procedures.
Financial Reporting Manager - £55-65k + Bonus with hybrid working.
Brief overview of responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate monthly/quarterly reporting of group management accounts
- Providing information to external tax advisers for tax provision
- Quarterly reporting of budgets and forecasts
- Support on the lead of financial accounts completion and year-end audit
- VAT reporting for UK entities and calculation of restricted VAT charges to be expensed
- Intercompany matrix for UK companies
- Intercompany balance reporting
- ONS reporting submissions
We are seeking someone fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience from an international PE-backed business. This will be a very fast-paced and demanding position that will see you work very closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.
