My client, a successful manufacturer in South Sheffield, are looking for a high calibre graduate to lead their customer service offering. The role will involve working with the Business Development team to research and identify new vertical markets, champion the customer service experience from first impression on site for a client to maintaining relationships with their long term customers. This is an opportunity to step straight into a role where you will be integral and valued and your voice will be heard.
- Being the face of the business and providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors.
- Be the main lead for customer / visitor experience and satisfaction leading improvement drives, collating customer feedback, testimonials and leading a continuous improvement drive on customer satisfaction.
- Complete weekly reviews of potential and new customer tenders’ opportunities reporting into the Business Development team.
- Being responsible for the online presence of the business.
- Complete research and analysis of potential customers to better inform our online marketing and customer contact procedure
- Support the creation and maintenance of our the companies content calendar as part of our online marketing process
