Our client is an international FMCG manufacturer based in West Yorkshire and has a long and successful history manufacturing branded and own branded products in the UK and internationally. The Group CFO opportunity has materialised as a part of a board level succession planning process.

The key deliverables include;
- Supporting very ambitious growth plans. The CFO will contribute to the growth strategy and own the finance and IT infrastructure that supports it.
- Leading on a new ERP implementation.
- Implementing new performance management systems.
- Supporting M&A activity.
- Maintaining the existing, excellent investor relations.
Candidates will be able to highlight a long list of achievements and demonstrate excellent financial leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment. A mindset that is international, commercial and of continuous improvement is essential.
