As the Group Finance Director, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy and performance of the organisation. Leading a talented finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ambitious growth plans, ensuring financial integrity, and maximising profitability across the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, driving profitability, and shareholder value.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Lead financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, capital raising, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified accountant
- Proven track record of success in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
