As they continue to embark on a journey of expansion, they are seeking a visionary and strategic Group Finance Director to join their executive team.

As the Group Finance Director, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy and performance of the organisation. Leading a talented finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the ambitious growth plans, ensuring financial integrity, and maximising profitability across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, driving profitability, and shareholder value.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Lead financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, capital raising, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified accountant
  • Proven track record of success in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
