This is a classic SME Finance Director opportunity — broad, hands-on, and strategically influential. You will lead and develop the finance team, manage complex stock and working capital, oversee the banking relationship and provide insightful reporting to support the Board.
The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience.
- Proven Finance Director experience in a complex SME or privately-owned group.
- Strong cash flow, stock, and working capital expertise.
- Experience in ABL financing and foreign currency management.
- A hands-on and inclusive mindset and approach to leadership.
- The ability to build relationships across operations and provide both support and constructive challenge.
