The business has experienced year on year growth over the past 11 years, with turnover reaching £60m for the Group in 2025. The business has recently invested in the in a new division to drive the future growth of the business

Reporting to the Finance Director you will run the day to day accounting activities and manage a small team of 5. Team management experience not essential.

  • Preparation of timely and accurate monthly management information for review
  • Pivotal resource in the Group’s plans to implement a new ERP system within the next 12 months, to significantly automate and improve the efficiency of the Group’s existing processes
  • Continue to develop and improve the Group’s financial reporting
  • Facilities Management division business analysis and reporting
  • Preparation of the year end accounts and supporting documentation
  • Liaison with external auditors, acting as first point of contact for queries
  • Assist the Group Finance Director on the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Cashflow management, forecasting and reporting
  • Oversee monthly payroll process

We are looking for candidates from the following background;

  • Qualified Accountant - ideally newly qualified or 2/4 years PQE
  • Experience using accounting software or ERP systems
  • Good IT skills are essential, including a high level of Excel expertise
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Prioritise workload and meet deadlines with attention to detail
