This is a new role in a PE Backed business that offers you the potential to really become involved in a multisite retail concern. Reporting to the newly appointed Finance Director your remit will be broad with wide ranging responsibilities including :
- Build a working understanding of the existing data structure and reports
- Develop a suite of reports to facilitate efficient, timely and accurate financial and cashflow forecasting
- Involvement in all financial, budgeting forecasting processes
- Build dashboards and KPIs to build transparency and insight into a number of key business areas
- Business partner with the wider business to develop financial understanding
To succeed in this role you will be a qualified accountant with good commercial acumen , who really wants to become involved in a growing business where you will work on your own initiative and put your own stamp on this role. This is an outstanding opportunity to be mentored by a strong Finance Director and gain exposure to the PE world. Hybrid working is on offer and it is expected travel to the office in Lincolnshire for Senior Leadership meetings will be 1 day / month. The majority of the time will be home based or at site visits.
