About the Role
This isn’t your average operations role – it’s a chance to lead from the front. Splitting your time between our Harrogate HQ and Elland manufacturing facility, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring products are delivered on time, every time.


What you’ll do:
•    Drive operational excellence across our international business
•    Lead and empower a talented team to achieve their best
•    Use data and insights to improve processes and exceed targets
•    Manage budgets, capacity, and resources to support sustainable growth
•    Build a culture of continuous improvement and high performance

What We’re Looking For
We need someone with the vision and energy to make things happen. You’ll bring:
•    Proven leadership experience in international operations
•    Expertise in LEAN/Agile methodologies and driving transformation
•    A people-first approach to inspire and develop teams
•    Strong commercial and financial skills to deliver results
•    A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
