As the HR Advisor, you will work with the site management teams to deliver the People Plan to ensure delivery against the HR Strategy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering against the People Plan
  • Building relationships with site management teams, being trusted in your ability to coach and advise on people activity
  • Supporting management teams with onsite performance through the performance of their people
  • Supporting and advising managers on absence management and employee relations
  • Developing and analysing people data to make appropriate recommendations which can influence decisions on people activity
  • Supporting with people projects

Experience required: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • CIPD Level 3/5 qualified
  • You will be agile and proactive with an innovative mindset enabling you to craft smart people solutions. 
  • You will also have excellent time management skills enabling you to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
