HR Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations.

Office-based in the Sheffield area.

The role includes a mix of:

  • Employee relations casework - this is the main focus of the role
  • Employee lifecycle work
  • Line manager coaching and advice
  • Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
  • Recruitment support
  • HR data analytics
  • HR project work

The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:

  • HR Advisor level experience
  • Substantial experience of employee relations - leading disciplinaries, grievances, investigations etc. autonomously.
  • Self-assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations
  • CIPD Level 5 or working towards
  • Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise
