HR Advisor, specialising in Employee Relations.
Office-based in the Sheffield area.
The role includes a mix of:
- Employee relations casework - this is the main focus of the role
- Employee lifecycle work
- Line manager coaching and advice
- Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure
- Recruitment support
- HR data analytics
- HR project work
The personal qualities and experience we are looking for:
- HR Advisor level experience
- Substantial experience of employee relations - leading disciplinaries, grievances, investigations etc. autonomously.
- Self-assured and confident, comfortable having challenging conversations
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards
- Used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise
