Advanced Supply Chain Group utilises a suite of in-house written software modules to provide innovative margin enhancing logistics services for customers across the international supply chain. It specialises in offering intelligent solutions for the complicated supply chain issues that are inherent in today’s complex world of digital and omni-channel retailing.
The business is headquartered in Bradford and has around 1,800 permanent employees. It has 5 large operations sites in the UK and 1 in Europe (Czech Republic) with Freight Forwarding offices in the Far East and UAE.
As a HR assistant you must have a keen interest in all things people and a strong administrative core. We are looking for a highly competent administrator with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, self-motivated and capable of managing a variety of tasks to strict deadlines.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team resolving queries and chasing information. You’ll need to be a great communicator and not afraid to pick up the phone.
Whilst a background in HR would be an advantage, the business are also keen to support those at the beginning of their HR career who can demonstrate a genuine passion and interest in the area. You must be keen to learn and undertake additional training and qualifications. Supported with a mentor and development plan.
