HR Assistant - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Our client in Bradford is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant/HR Administrator to join their team for a 6-month contract. This is a full-time, office-based position working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leavers, and general HR processes
- Manage HR systems effectively, ensuring accurate data entry and report generation
- Liaise daily with line managers across a busy, fast-paced organisation to facilitate HR activities
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HR support is essential, with a solid understanding of people processes and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in HR systems is essential, with the proven capability to run detailed reports
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- Strong communication skills to liaise with managers and staff effectively
- Organised with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Assistant or HR Administrator with relevant experience to contribute to a well-established organisation. There is a possibility that this role may eventually become permanent, depending on business need.
