Advanced Supply Chain Group utilises a suite of in-house written software modules to provide innovative margin enhancing logistics services for customers across the international supply chain. It specialises in offering intelligent solutions for the complicated supply chain issues that are inherent in today’s complex world of digital and omni-channel retailing.
The business is headquartered in Bradford and has around 1,800 permanent employees. It has 5 large operations sites in the UK and 1 in Europe (Czech Republic) with Freight Forwarding offices in the Far East and UAE.
This role will have responsibility for the Corby site so it would be beneficial for the successful candidate to live in the Northamptonshire area.
The role will be a mixture of strategic and operational hands on HR and it is essential that the successful applicant has experience of working in a fast-paced operational environment .
This is a fantastic role for an exceptional and ambitious business partner with the ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships within an operational leadership team. You will work as part of a wider Group HR team, reporting to the Head of HR Operations.
Must be comfortable with travel.
