We are seeking an exceptional Interim Head of HR to join a multi-site business based across Yorkshire. This pivotal role will lead the HR function through a period of significant change, providing strategic guidance and operational excellence across a blue-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a proactive and solution-focused culture.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly and contributing to organisational change initiatives.

  • Manage complex matrix reporting structures, ensuring alignment between business units and HR strategy.

  • Oversee HR operations across multiple sites, with a strong focus on employee engagement, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Support cultural transformation and organisational design during a key transitional period.

  • Proven success in a senior HR leadership role within a blue-collar, multi-site environment.

  • Demonstrable experience navigating complex matrix organisations.

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
